Requirements - Senior engineering and product leadership experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, communications-platform services or enterprise software. - Deep business support systems expertise, with experience using platforms such as Amdocs, Oracle Communications, CSGi, NetCracker, Zuora, Optiva, Salesforce CPQ or equivalents. - Track record delivering platform migrations, integrations, data improvements and releases, with API-led or cloud-native architecture experience where relevant. - Strong product ownership, translating commercial, finance, regulatory, operational and customer needs into measurable roadmap outcomes. - Experience leading distributed engineering, product, architecture and delivery teams in a matrixed organisation. - Experience applying AI, automation or data-driven tools to improve productivity, quality or platform outcomes.
