Terms of Service
Terms of Service
1. Agreement and scope
By creating an account, purchasing Hidden Jobs Access, or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. Where a mandatory consumer rule conflicts with these terms, the mandatory rule applies.
2. What Hidden Jobs provides
Hidden Jobs is a remote-tech job discovery and application workflow. Depending on your access, the service may include public job details, original application links, alerts, filters, CV matching, application tracking, and the optional Auto-apply feature described in section 3. Listings and application pages may come from employers, applicant-tracking systems, or other third parties.
3. Auto-apply is optional and requires express authorization
Auto-apply is not enabled by purchase, account creation, CV upload, or use of a direct application link. It becomes available only when you have an active Hidden Jobs Access plan, upload a CV, choose target categories, and choose the Enabled option in your dashboard. Before the setting is enabled, you must actively tick the separate authorization checkbox that links to this section and the Privacy Policy.
When you tick that checkbox and confirm, you expressly authorize Hidden Jobs to use the CV, account contact details, selected categories, and job information to evaluate roles and, where possible, complete and submit applications on your behalf. We record the account, the current terms version, the terms URL, the event time, and technical browser information supplied with the authorization. The current version is 2026-08-31 at this URL.
4. What Auto-apply does
- It runs on a scheduled basis, generally evaluating roles added during the prior daily processing window; timing and availability are not guaranteed.
- It considers the categories selected in your dashboard and uses an internal fit threshold. The current implementation uses 72/100 unless the operating configuration changes.
- If the role appears to be a fit and the application can be completed with permitted information, an automated browser may submit it without asking you to review that individual application first.
- The current operational caps are 5 submitted applications per day and 50 submitted applications per calendar month. Caps are limits, not a promise or a minimum entitlement.
5. What Auto-apply will not do
The automation will not create an employer account, pay an application fee, bypass a CAPTCHA or other access control, fabricate or guess facts, answer protected-demographic questions, or continue when required information is unavailable. If a site requires login, an email-only flow, manual approval, or another blocked step, the automation stops without bypassing that blocker.
6. Application statuses and records
- Matched means the role passed an internal fit check; it does not mean an application was sent.
- Submitted means the worker recorded the role after processing its application workflow. It is not proof that the form was completed or that the employer or ATS received, accepted, reviewed, or stored it.
- Any later employer outcome, including rejection, interview, or offer, is controlled by the employer and is not guaranteed by Hidden Jobs.
7. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current information and a CV that you are entitled to use. You are responsible for checking your CV, target settings, contact details, answers, employer communications, and any third-party application terms. Do not upload another person's data or unnecessary sensitive information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in your name.
8. Pause, disable, and withdraw authorization
You can pause Auto-apply from the dashboard. Pausing prevents future automatic attempts but does not cancel a paid plan. Disabling the feature does not undo an application already submitted, and Hidden Jobs cannot withdraw an application from an employer's system on your behalf. A new terms version may require a new authorization before the feature can be enabled again.
9. Plans, prices, and recurring charges
- Weekly: 7 days free, then USD $6.99 every week unless cancelled before the next charge.
- Monthly: USD $17.99 every month until cancelled.
- Lifetime: USD $49.99 paid once; there is no recurring charge for this plan.
The checkout page is the final price and payment confirmation for the selected offer. A recurring plan renews automatically until cancelled. The free trial converts to the weekly recurring plan unless it is cancelled in time. Hidden Jobs does not store full card details; payment processing is handled by Stripe.
10. Cancellation and access
You can request cancellation of a recurring plan from the account cancellation flow or by contacting us. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid or trial period. It does not retroactively cancel Auto-apply submissions. Pausing Auto-apply and cancelling the subscription are separate actions.
11. Consumer withdrawal and mandatory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service within the applicable period. You can contact us at info@hiddenjobs.dev with the word "withdrawal", your account email, and the order concerned. If you expressly request that a digital service starts during a withdrawal period, the legal consequences of early performance, including any proportionate payment or loss of the right after full performance where applicable, are governed by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory withdrawal, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection rights.
12. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and keep your account credentials secure. You may not use Hidden Jobs unlawfully or fraudulently, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape or bulk-download content without permission, infringe rights, access restricted systems, or use automation to overload or damage the site. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, employers, the service, or our legal rights.
13. Listings, third parties, and results
We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, complete, current, lawful, available, suitable, or still open. Employers and ATS providers are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy policies. Hidden Jobs does not guarantee an application will be accepted, considered, lead to a response, interview, offer, or job, and does not control employer decisions or third-party outages.
14. Intellectual property and feedback
Hidden Jobs and its software, design, branding, text, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except where permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to operate and improve the service.
15. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect matching, successful form submission, employer receipt, or employment results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidden Jobs and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Changes and applicable law
We may change the service or these terms by posting an updated version and date. A material change to Auto-apply authorization requires acceptance of the new version before the feature is enabled again. Mandatory consumer and data-protection law applicable to you remains in force. Any operator-specific governing-law and jurisdiction clause will be published once the operator details below are completed.
