Senior Project Manager - Product & Tech

Role overview Drive high-priority product and technology initiatives from kickoff through delivery, coordinating teams and functions around shared goals. This is a non-technical project management position focused on integrated planning, dependencies, governance, risk, and clear delivery reporting.

Responsibilities - Lead complex cross-functional projects and track progress against agreed outcomes and timelines. - Align stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and commercial teams. - Maintain project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and governance routines to improve predictability. - Communicate status and surface risks and decisions through stakeholder updates and executive reporting. - Support prioritization, capacity planning, and work sequencing across teams. - Improve delivery practices and collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Requirements - At least eight years leading complex projects or programs in product, technology, operations, or a related area. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining execution discipline and stakeholder alignment. - Experience influencing teams and establishing accountability without direct authority. - Strong planning, risk, dependency, and governance skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting abilities. - Bachelor’s degree; project management or agile certification is preferred.
