About this role

Role overview Own one or more digital care pathways for pulmonary medicine, from identifying clinic needs through product launch and adoption. The work spans COPD, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD), asthma and other pulmonary workflows, with some pathways already in use and others still being developed and validated. This is a hands-on product role that draws on clinical expertise to shape software and improve care delivery.

Responsibilities - Translate clinical guidelines and evidence into patient criteria, care-gap logic and workflow designs. - Learn from pulmonary teams and clinical experts through discovery and site visits, then turn findings into prioritized product opportunities. - Set pathway priorities, roadmap, requirements and success measures with product and engineering partners. - Track use after launch, identify adoption barriers, and guide improvements using customer feedback and product data. - Investigate clinical customer issues and work with clinical and customer-facing teams on resolutions, claims and validation. - Prototype and test concepts with clinicians, including with AI-assisted design tools.

Requirements - MD or DO, completed pulmonary specialty training, and an active or previously held medical license. - At least three years of pulmonary clinical practice; outpatient experience managing COPD and asthma over time is strongly preferred. - Product, digital health, clinical workflow improvement or clinical software implementation experience; two or more years in a related area is preferred. - Working knowledge of pulmonary guidelines, health-system care pathways and EHR workflows. - Clear writing, structured problem-solving and a record of completing cross-functional work. - Interest in AI products and willingness to prototype and test ideas.

Nice to have - Experience leading COPD, asthma, AATD, lung nodule or lung cancer screening programs. - Familiarity with clinical AI validation, FDA clinical decision support guidance, or respiratory life sciences partnerships.

Benefits and work setup Remote-first across the United States and Europe, with a flexible hybrid team in Tel Aviv. U.S. benefits include health, dental and vision coverage, a retirement plan and paid vacation; Israel benefits include dental coverage, performance bonuses and meal support.
