Role overview
Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of integrations between insurance products and comparative rating platforms or large agencies. The work connects product, engineering, distribution, sales, and external partners, with a focus on launching products, states, and brands efficiently and making each live connection effective for new business.
Responsibilities - Plan and deliver launches of products, states, and brands on comparative rater platforms. - Manage relationships and integration work with rating platform and agency partners. - Lead migration of legacy point-to-point connections to a shared Gateway API. - Monitor live integrations and identify improvements that support new business production. - Bridge technical and commercial teams by scoping strategic prospects and clarifying integration needs. - Help ensure agents can access and apply the rates for which they are eligible.
Requirements - Program management experience coordinating complex integrations or technical launches. - Ability to manage roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery across multiple teams and external partners. - Comfort working across engineering, product, sales, and distribution functions. - Strong communication skills for translating technical details into actionable plans. - Ability to use operational and business goals to prioritize integration work.
Nice to have - Familiarity with comparative insurance rating platforms and agency integrations. - Experience with API integration programs or migrating legacy connections to a common platform.
