Product Manager, Property Intelligence

Role overview Help shape a property intelligence platform used to support insurers’ decisions across the policy lifecycle. The work combines customer discovery, product analytics, and cross-functional communication: you’ll turn feedback and performance data into product priorities, support adoption, and help the broader product team use agentic workflows effectively.

Responsibilities - Speak with customers and internal teams to understand use cases, business needs, and the competitive landscape. - Create and maintain KPI reporting to track adoption, engagement, operational performance, and strategic progress. - Establish feedback loops and measure the effects of product initiatives. - Help customers, sales teams, and internal partners understand platform capabilities, value, and direction. - Gather information from varied sources to inform commercially viable product decisions. - Build and maintain agentic workflows that support product management work.

Requirements - Understanding of agile product development and iterative delivery. - Ability to collect customer feedback and translate requests into clear requirements and product insights. - Strong analytical skills and comfort using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions. - Ability to work with technical concepts such as APIs, SaaS applications, integrations, and data structures. - Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail. - Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively amid ambiguity.

Nice to have Experience creating dashboards or product analytics, or familiarity with insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows.
