Role overview

Build and lead an international partner enablement function for e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions. The role combines organizational leadership and product strategy, ensuring partners can integrate with a platform and deliver customer solutions independently as the ecosystem grows.

Responsibilities

- Set the partner integration strategy, operating model, governance, and capabilities for a growing international ecosystem. - Recruit, develop, and lead specialists across countries and functions. - Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to shape partner-facing APIs, integration frameworks, and product capabilities. - Turn recurring partner needs into scalable product functionality while distinguishing them from one-off requests. - Equip partners with the technical resources, documentation, tools, processes, and expertise needed to implement and operate solutions. - Align partner readiness with commercial goals so partners can build sustainable businesses around the solutions.

Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience in e-invoicing, with strong knowledge of international markets, technologies, business models, and stakeholders. - Experience building and leading international teams and working with system integrators, technology partners, ERP providers, or implementation partners. - Background spanning partner enablement or strategy, solution architecture, and product management in an international setting. - Experience integrating e-invoicing or e-reporting platforms with major ERP systems. - Ability to design organizational roles, responsibilities, processes, and governance, and to align cross-functional teams. - Strong commercial judgment and fluency in English.
