Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the product direction for workflow building and third-party integrations in a creative production platform. The goal is to help more people build and run repeatable workflows, connect them to the systems they already use, and enable AI agents and people to work through the same reliable process. The role spans discovery, product strategy, delivery, and post-launch learning.
Responsibilities - Define the product charter, scope, and measures of success for workflow creation, usage, and adoption. - Make workflow setup accessible through templates, guided configuration, and useful defaults for common recurring tasks. - Own scheduling, run management, status, and failure handling so teams can rely on workflows running with minimal intervention. - Make third-party services—such as file storage, digital asset management, translation, and data tools—usable as workflow steps, with a shared framework for adding connections. - Shape how an AI agent finds, creates, edits, and runs workflows, including pauses for human decisions and clear reporting on progress. - Work with customers to identify repeatable jobs, partner with design and engineering, and review launches against written hypotheses and product data.
Requirements - Three to five years of product management experience and readiness to take ownership of a key product area. - Ability to show how you grew a product from early specialist usage toward broader adoption. - Experience using customer evidence and product data to set priorities and define measurable outcomes. - Skill in leading work across design, engineering, customer-facing teams, and adjacent product areas. - Strong discovery and delivery habits, including setting hypotheses before launch and evaluating results afterward.
Benefits and work setup - Remote work from anywhere in your home country, with flexible working hours. - Flexible time off, with 25 days of PTO plus public holidays listed. - Health or private medical coverage, a monthly wellness and learning stipend, and enhanced parental leave. - Access to an office in London for UK-based employees.
