Product Manager, Measurement Experience
Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the product experience for campaign measurement and reporting, from retailer data connections through the dashboards and reusable reports used by brand and agency teams. The focus is bringing existing measurement data together in a consistent, scalable platform, while adapting to differences between retail partners and user needs.
Responsibilities - Define integrations with retailer data sources, including schemas, transformations, data quality checks, freshness standards, and issue monitoring. - Normalize partner data so new integrations can support the broader platform without repeating custom engineering work. - Specify how transaction, impression, and audience data is consolidated into a unified reporting layer. - Develop reusable dashboard and report capabilities, including templates, filters, breakdowns, and exports. - Shape a self-serve experience with useful defaults and enough depth for analytical users. - Coordinate with external data partners and internal customer-facing teams; turn recurring requests and client pain points into product improvements.
Requirements - 3–6 years of product management experience, including ownership of data-intensive or reporting products. - Experience managing multiple data integrations and balancing partner-specific requests with a scalable platform roadmap. - Ability to align external partners on integration plans and timelines without controlling their engineering priorities. - Familiarity with retail media measurement concepts such as closed-loop attribution, return on ad spend, and incrementality. - Working knowledge of data schemas, joins, latency, and normalization, sufficient to discuss trade-offs with engineers. - Experience designing self-serve analytics or reporting for users with varied levels of expertise; able to drive execution in a fast-moving startup setting.
Benefits and work setup Remote-first work with a Toronto base and a distributed team. Home-office support and annual team retreats are noted.
