Senior Product Manager, Commitments

Role overview The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and development of a product that helps organizations track security commitments made in contracts. The product uses AI to identify contractual obligations, connect them to customer security programs, and make those commitments easier to review and monitor. You’ll shape the product experience and its adoption in partnership with customers and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities - Define and execute the product strategy for AI-assisted commitment management. - Work with marketing, sales, and account management to plan how the product reaches and serves customers. - Research customer and market needs, translating compliance challenges into clear product experiences. - Deliver improvements that address customer pain points and support effective governance, risk, and compliance work. - Contribute to product team practices and culture as the organization grows.

Requirements - At least five years of product management experience, with a record of delivering SaaS or B2B products and AI products. - A customer-focused approach, including direct customer outreach and synthesis of feedback. - Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with teammates, stakeholders, and executives. - Data-informed decision-making that combines user feedback with quantitative evidence. - Curiosity about AI products and willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate. - Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work, with sound judgment about the quality of AI-assisted results.
