Senior Product Manager

Role overview Lead product strategy and delivery for services that help customers acquire, transfer, host, and manage phone numbers across regions. The role focuses on expanding self-service onboarding, supporting regulatory and fraud controls, and moving older capabilities onto modern platforms. You will work across engineering, go-to-market, and other teams to guide products from planning through launch and adoption.

Responsibilities - Set the vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for number hosting, porting, and short-code products. - Turn operational, technical, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements for engineering. - Build support for product strategy and communicate plans to stakeholders. - Partner with go-to-market teams on launches and equip sales and marketing to support adoption. - Review product execution and business outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data.

Requirements - At least four years of product management experience delivering scalable cloud software or platform products. - A record of shaping product strategy and successfully bringing products to market. - Ability to use data to make decisions, gain stakeholder support, and pursue measurable results. - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with varied audiences. - Technical, analytical, and user experience judgment, with the ability to connect detailed decisions to broader goals. - Ownership and initiative in ambiguous settings with competing priorities; a degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have - Experience with APIs or products for developers. - Experience in a regulated industry or environment.
