About this role
Role overview Lead delivery planning and client coordination for ERP or CRM programmes, keeping scope, schedule, risks, and commercial commitments visible from discovery through support. You will bring consultants, developers, and product stakeholders together and guide sponsors through key decisions, including go-live readiness.
Responsibilities - Plan and manage Dynamics 365 programmes across their delivery phases. - Work with finance and operations sponsors on scope, risks, changes, and commercial matters. - Coordinate consultants, developers, and product owners around a shared client plan. - Lead UAT, cutover, and hypercare, documenting the decision to proceed with go-live. - Communicate programme status clearly to senior stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Requirements - Delivered an ERP or CRM project or programme through go-live. - Can prepare steering materials, maintain a RAID log, and manage challenging scope discussions. - Able to run a fully remote programme and keep sponsors aligned across time zones.
Nice to have - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification. - Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes. - Fixed-price delivery experience. - Willingness to travel in Europe.
