Job details
About this role
Role overview Build and deploy AI systems that improve how a range of businesses attract customers, convert sales, retain users and provide support. You will work with business leaders to identify valuable opportunities, create practical solutions, drive adoption and measure commercial results. The role may grow to include ownership of a business line.
Responsibilities - Adapt existing AI systems for new businesses, connecting them to company tools and data or changing team workflows as needed. - Learn how each business operates and identify where AI could save time or increase revenue. - Build prototypes, test them with customers and improve them based on measured results. - Run growth experiments across advertising, sales funnels, customer communications and support. - Explain solutions clearly to nontechnical colleagues and help teams adopt them. - Coordinate with engineers when work requires deeper backend development; potentially take responsibility for growing a business line.
Requirements - Experience in growth or product work on a lean team, including personally running campaigns, outreach or experiments. - Ownership of a business metric such as revenue, customer acquisition cost or lifetime value. - Examples of useful AI systems built to solve business problems, with the ability to explain their design. - Ability to write and ship code using AI tools; systems thinking matters more than a particular language or degree. - Clear communication with business leaders, comfort with shifting priorities, and a bias toward building and iterating. - Startup or small-team experience; consumer or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.
Benefits and work setup Full-time, fully remote for candidates based in the United States, with substantial overlap with Eastern Time. Compensation may include base pay, equity and performance bonuses; medical, dental and vision coverage and unlimited time off with a two-week minimum are listed.
