Product Manager - Spark

Role overview Own the product strategy for a project type that gives AI agents and developers a quick, low-cost way to start software projects with a backend. Guide its development from an early release toward general availability, and define how small experiments can grow into production workloads.

Responsibilities - Set the product direction and roadmap from early MVP through general availability. - Make project creation straightforward for agents and the platforms they use, with backend resources available as soon as a project starts. - Define how users claim, upgrade, and grow projects as they move from experimentation to production. - Work with engineering, growth, and finance on packaging and pricing that can remain economical at large scale. - Partner with platform customers to understand their needs and inform early adoption. - Establish success measures, track the experience end to end, and use data to guide priorities.

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure, or founder experience with strong product judgment. - A clear perspective on agent-driven development and changing backend needs. - Familiarity with AI evaluations, controlled experiments, and data analysis. - A preference for shipping, learning, and iterating quickly. - First-hand use of the products you manage, with opinions grounded in building with them. - Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing on a distributed team.
