Senior Product Manager

Role overview Own product strategy and delivery for patient experience software used by independent healthcare practices. You’ll turn customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, lead work from discovery through launch, and assess outcomes. The scope may shift across patient-facing products, including scheduling and communications, with a practical emphasis on AI and automation.

Responsibilities - Define product direction, requirements, feature priorities, and backlog for customer-facing software. - Advance messaging capabilities, working with Engineering, Legal, and Operations on compliance, consent, registration, and delivery reliability. - Find and test AI or automation opportunities, using approved tools to research, prototype, and validate ideas while protecting confidential information. - Partner with technical teams on AI evaluation cases, quality measures, human review, fallback behavior, and launch criteria. - Research customer segments, specialties, competitors, market conditions, and pricing; share positioning recommendations with marketing partners. - Gather feedback from support issues, user acceptance testing, sales outcomes, and customer observation; analyze usage and regulatory needs to inform the roadmap.

Requirements - At least five years of software product management experience. - Hands-on use of generative AI in product work, such as prototypes, experiments, or workflow improvements. - Working knowledge of language models, prompting, retrieval, and agentic workflows, including limitations and responsible-use considerations. - Experience with customer-facing products, complex workflows, and product strategy. - Track record in B2B SaaS or cloud software and Agile product management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and ability to structure financial analysis.

Nice to have - Experience launching and evaluating an AI-powered capability in production. - Familiarity with independent practice and patient needs, healthcare technology, and relevant compliance requirements.
