Program Manager

Role overview Lead planning and delivery for complex launches, such as entering a new market or bringing a product to a regulated payments environment. As the first program manager, you will connect teams across product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, partnerships, sales, marketing, and finance, turning company priorities into measurable launch outcomes.

Responsibilities - Join initiatives early and build an integrated plan with owners, dependencies, milestones, and input from every participating function. - Break delivery into stages such as MVP and later releases, and establish a lightweight cadence of kickoffs, status updates, steering reviews, and retrospectives. - Track risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions; surface dependencies involving regulators, licenses, banking partners, liquidity, and compliance controls. - Make scope, timing, and effort trade-offs clear, bring decision options to the right leaders, and remove delivery blockers. - Own cross-functional launch checklists and go/no-go reviews, confirming that teams have met requirements and are ready to proceed. - Report status and decisions needed to executives, then lead KPI reviews after launch and refine the program management framework.

Requirements - Seven or more years in program management, technical program management, or a similar cross-functional delivery role; fintech experience is preferred. - A record of leading complex launches end to end, such as products, new markets, or regulated offerings. - Strong planning and risk management, including dependency mapping and launch readiness. - Analytical judgment: use data to set baselines, track progress, assess trade-offs, and support recommendations. - Ability to align product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, sales, and finance teams without direct authority. - Clear written and verbal communication, including concise executive updates; comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments. - A pragmatic, iterative approach that uses only the process needed to help teams deliver.

Nice to have Experience in payments, FX, crypto, or fintech; regulated launches involving licensing, AML/KYC, or partner onboarding; familiarity with cross-border payments or stablecoins; or experience establishing a program management function. PMP, PgMP, or a similar credential is optional.
