ISO Senior Associate, InfoSec Solutions

Role overview Lead the ISO audit lifecycle for assigned customers, serving as their primary advisor from preparation through reporting. The work combines audit judgment, customer guidance, and collaboration with an auditor team and AI-supported tools to review evidence and deliver clear, accurate outcomes.

Responsibilities - Own customer relationships and coordinate each assigned ISO audit from start to finish. - Review submitted evidence, assess its relevance and quality, and explain gaps or improvement opportunities to customers. - Lead audit interviews and guide customers toward sound information-security practices. - Work with the auditor team and AI tools to validate evidence and streamline review. - Prepare precise, high-quality ISO audit reports. - Investigate customer-specific challenges and communicate practical solutions.

Requirements - At least 3 years of ISO 27001 audit experience, including leading audit interviews. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Confidence working directly with customers and building trusted relationships. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach. - Relevant audit or security credentials held or in progress, such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISA, or a cloud-provider certification. - Curiosity and interest in improving how audits are conducted.

Nice to have - Experience with AI-supported audit tools or compliance automation is relevant; the role uses technology and an auditor team to support evidence validation.
