Developer Advocate, Agentic Commerce

Role overview Help companies make their services usable by personal AI agents by creating practical guidance and reference integrations for vendor engineering teams. The work combines developer education, hands-on partner support, public speaking, and feedback that shapes product and protocol development.

Responsibilities - Write and maintain integration documentation, quickstarts, code samples, and video walkthroughs. - Lead technical workshops and provide one-on-one guidance to partners during early integrations. - Share developer pain points with product and SDK teams to influence their roadmaps. - Present at conferences and write articles about integrating agents with company services. - Build and maintain reference vendor agents in TypeScript and Python.

Requirements - At least four years in developer advocacy, developer experience engineering, or solutions engineering at an API-focused company. - Strong writing and public speaking skills, with the ability to contribute directly to code. - Hands-on experience with at least one of MCP, A2A, OpenAI Apps SDK, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. - Willingness to work remotely and travel regularly to meet partners.

Nice to have - Contributions to an open-source agent framework. - Experience growing a developer community to 10,000 members.
