About this role
Role overview Lead product management and portfolio execution for a mix of AI, hardware, software, and partner-integrated products serving senior living operators. You’ll set one customer-facing roadmap, decide where investment goes, and establish a stronger operating model with engineering and company leadership. The role is focused on measurable customer and business outcomes, including operator economics, product adoption, and delivery pace. Applicants must be located in the United States.
Responsibilities - Own the roadmap and investment portfolio across customer products, shared platforms, and longer-term bets; use evidence to decide what to start, change, or stop. - Improve product outcomes for operators, including impact on net operating income per resident. - Develop wellness AI and staffing intelligence into scalable product lines alongside existing safety capabilities. - Work with engineering on strategy, quarterly planning, decision rights, and an operating model that helps product managers focus on outcomes. - Expand partner adoption so insights can reach caregivers through the systems they already use. - Set expectations for trustworthy AI, including accuracy, false alarms, privacy, and evidence before field release; work with commercial teams on pricing and packaging.
Requirements - 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product managers across multiple product areas. - Experience leading a product organization through an operating-model change, such as moving toward outcome-focused and platform teams. - Products shipped to market that combine AI or machine learning, hardware, and platforms or partner ecosystems. - Familiarity with stage-gated development, certification, and field reliability. - Enterprise B2B experience with direct accountability for product outcomes or a product business result. - Decisive, clear communicator who can coach product managers and earn engineering’s respect.
Nice to have Healthcare or senior living experience, or experience with regulated products such as those involving privacy or life safety.
