Job details
About this role
Role overview Coordinate day-to-day product delivery across an organization’s internal platforms, data systems, operational tools, and integrations. You’ll turn loosely defined needs into clear engineering plans, guide stakeholders through platform changes, and track whether newly released capabilities are adopted and working as intended.
Responsibilities - Convert stakeholder requests into scoped engineering plans with acceptance criteria, open questions, and documented tradeoffs. - Own the delivery lifecycle, from intake and discovery through requirements, sprint coordination, launch, and post-release follow-up. - Maintain and prioritize the Jira backlog, lead refinement and sprint planning, and help the team stay focused and unblocked. - Coordinate the transition away from legacy systems, communicating changes, setting expectations, and helping stakeholders adapt. - Work with operations and program teams to understand workflow problems before defining solutions. - Keep useful product documentation, monitor feature adoption, and identify where iteration is needed.
Requirements - At least 4 years of software product management experience, ideally across multiple internal tools or platforms. - Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, documented plans an engineering team can execute. - Experience partnering directly with engineers and evaluating technical tradeoffs, scope, and delivery needs. - Strong written communication for requirements, tickets, and asynchronous updates. - Proficiency with Jira and agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, capacity management, and release coordination. - Able to work across seniority levels, manage shifting priorities, and define metrics to assess product outcomes.
Nice to have - Experience in an accelerator, venture capital, or founder-support setting, or familiarity with investment data. - Power-user familiarity with Salesforce, Metabase, Jira, or Notion. - Experience with legacy migrations, platform consolidation, operational or data systems, or a small autonomous engineering team.
Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role based in the United States. - Salary range of $120,000–$140,000 USD. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
