It is remote within Canada, with travel of up to 25% for client workshops and partner events.
Responsibilities - Develop joint go-to-market plans with partner teams, including target accounts, co-selling activity, and funded engagements. - Shape offerings for payments migration, checkout improvements, marketplace payments, billing, and agentic commerce. - Lead executive workshops that bring commerce, finance, payments, and IT stakeholders to a prioritized plan with owners. - Build client-specific ROI cases covering measures such as authorization rates, processing costs, fraud, disputes, conversion, and service costs. - Support sales discovery, proposals, and statements of work; guide solution design with delivery teams and partner architects. - Track pipeline, revenue, workshops, delivered work, and launched offerings, then use results to improve the practice.
Requirements - Five or more years in payments, such as at a processor, acquirer, fintech, or consultancy delivering payments programs. - Experience working directly with partners and clients on pursuits, partner programs, or co-selling. - Practical knowledge of payments and the ability to advise finance and commerce leaders with confidence. - Ability to develop ROI models and communicate business cases clearly to decision-makers. - Strong workshop facilitation, sales support, and collaboration skills across commercial and delivery teams.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first work for candidates based in Canada, with travel up to 25%. - Flexible full-time schedule, professional development support, certifications, conferences, mentorship, and dedicated time for personal growth or experimentation. - Health and wellness coverage includes medical, dental, parental top-up, mental health support, and an employee assistance program; vacation and flexible work options are also offered.
