Senior Project Manager

Role overview Lead banking programmes that deliver online banking solutions, coordinating multiple teams from planning through delivery. The role combines senior stakeholder engagement with hands-on management of risks, changes, issues, and team practices.

Responsibilities - Manage banking projects and large programmes involving multiple teams. - Work with senior stakeholders to shape programme direction and facilitate client workshops. - Identify and address risks, delivery issues, and changes to plans. - Use project data to inform decisions and improve processes. - Coach team members in Agile and Scrum practices and support organisational change.

Requirements - 5–8 years of relevant project management experience, including work in banking or financial services. - Experience leading multiple teams, projects, or large programmes, ideally in a startup or scaleup setting. - Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, with project management and collaboration tool proficiency. - Clear stakeholder communication and the ability to plan and lead workshops. - Strong risk, issue, and change management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Nice to have - Experience coaching teams in Agile ways of working.
