Partner Solutions Architect, AI Builder
Job details
About this role
Role overview Help AI-focused platform partners recommend and implement a developer backend for the apps and agents their communities are building. You’ll work with partner solutions architects and engineers to identify useful scenarios, unblock implementations, and connect partner activity with real developer outcomes. The role combines technical education, hands-on problem solving, and reusable content creation in an asynchronous, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities - Build working relationships with technical teams at AI and application-building platforms, initially focusing on defined use cases and app or agent migration. - Create and deliver workshops, training materials, demonstrations, integration guides, and reference architectures for partner technical teams. - Collaborate with partner architects on active opportunities and share technical pipeline insights with the alliances function. - Troubleshoot complex integrations and resolve implementation blockers for partner teams. - Turn recurring solutions into reusable guidance, and keep materials aligned with current platform capabilities through product and engineering feedback. - Develop technical content and track enablement and co-selling outcomes.
Requirements - Experience at an AI builder platform, a comparable developer platform, or as a partner to one. - Understanding of how partner solution architects make recommendations and how partner ecosystems affect developer choices. - Strong technical grounding in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern web development frameworks. - Familiarity with LLM APIs, MCP, and agent development tools. - Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to create a playbook from the ground up.
Benefits and work setup The position is fully remote and globally open, with asynchronous working practices and flexible scheduling. Support includes an equity award, a coworking allowance, a technology budget, an annual learning allowance, health insurance coverage for employees and partial coverage for dependents, and a yearly company gathering.
