Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent background as specified by the role. - At least five years of product management or related experience. - At least four years in healthcare delivery or developing technology products in an agile environment. - Ability to travel and attend in-person meetings as business needs require; reliable transportation and an active driver’s license are specified. - Reliable internet connectivity; the listing specifies minimum speeds of 3.8 Mbps down and 3.0 Mbps up.

Nice to have - Experience with digital health, clinical workflows, healthcare data interoperability, value-based care, or population health. - Leadership of mobile, web, or omnichannel patient experience initiatives. - Experience deploying AI or language-model solutions responsibly and working directly with engineering and data science teams. - Ability to connect product strategy with clinical operations and go-to-market priorities.

Benefits and work setup The role offers hybrid remote flexibility, with in-person work at offices, clinics, or patient homes and some business travel. Listed benefits include health and insurance coverage, retirement support, paid leave, wellness resources, and a professional development stipend. The stated salary range is $108,500–$136,000, with eligibility for a 15% target annual bonus; final compensation depends on location and qualifications.
