Senior Motion & Graphic Designer (Remote)

Role overview Create polished static and motion advertising assets for paid social, translating research and creative direction into work that is both brand-consistent and suited to platform formats. The role partners closely with a creative strategist and balances rapid production with fresh ideas, especially where materials may face legal or compliance review.

Responsibilities - Turn briefs, research, and creative hooks into visual concepts, storyboards, static ads, and short-form video. - Edit supplied footage and photography by selecting, cropping, cutting, pacing, and adding captions or graphic overlays. - Apply brand guidance ranging from concise references to comprehensive design systems. - Anticipate review requirements in regulated industries and prepare assets that reduce avoidable revisions. - Identify ways to evolve a brand’s visual approach while respecting its guidelines and safety requirements. - Maintain craft and visual consistency across high volumes of ad variations, formats, and platforms, delivering client-ready work efficiently.

Requirements - Five or more years in a hands-on creative production role, with dedicated performance or paid social experience. - Portfolio demonstrating strength in both static design and video or motion editing. - Expert-level skill in Figma or a comparable design tool, and strong proficiency in After Effects or similar software. - Ability to edit raw video and photography into finished assets and apply platform-specific creative formats and practices. - Working knowledge of relevant Adobe tools, such as Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator. - Strong visual judgment, independence, and comfort with fast, iterative feedback and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have - Experience in regulated fields such as healthcare, finance, insurance, or legal services. - Familiarity with layered approval processes and paid social channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
