Lead Product Designer

Role overview

Lead end-to-end product design for web experiences across desktop and mobile, shaping features for a platform that helps organizations manage agreements and turn agreement data into useful insights and actions. This is a senior individual contributor role spanning product direction, execution, and ongoing improvement across multiple products or services. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, research, and content partners, with limited day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities - Set design direction and own delivery across multiple products or services, measuring progress against near- and long-term goals. - Translate complex workflows into clear experiences and complete design deliverables. - Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to shape features and product direction. - Build consistency across products by contributing to shared guidelines and pattern libraries. - Use research to identify opportunities, evaluate designs, and guide improvements. - Coordinate competing deliverables and deadlines, helping teams prioritize and ship while improving working processes. - Support a constructive, collaborative design culture.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - At least 12 years designing consumer, enterprise, and mobile experiences for large-scale web services. - At least 3 years managing or mentoring junior colleagues. - Portfolio showing product strategy, interaction and visual design, prototyping, research-based rationale, and clear storytelling. - Strong communication skills for explaining design decisions to varied audiences. - Experience with Figma and AI prototyping tools.

Nice to have - Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams and presenting to executive stakeholders. - A data-informed approach, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lead design work with minimal guidance. - Collaborative mindset and interest in continuous learning.
