Senior Product Designer

Role overview Shape end-to-end consumer product experiences that help people build healthier routines around sleep, stress, and mindfulness. This senior design role spans mobile and web, balancing speed of exploration with careful visual, interaction, and motion design, and partnering closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities - Lead product design from early concepts through detailed visual, interaction, motion, and brand work. - Use Figma and AI or low-code tools to create interactive prototypes that can be tested early. - Present design decisions to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders, connecting user needs with business goals. - Work with engineering through implementation, quality review, and post-launch iteration to maintain execution quality. - Use research, product data, and performance insights to guide and refine design decisions. - Improve design systems and team practices while managing several projects in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements - At least seven years of UX/UI design experience, including five or more years with consumer mobile and web products. - Strong Figma skills and experience using AI or low-code tools for prototyping. - Sound judgment about design quality, with the ability to move quickly while attending to detail. - Comfort making small code changes to ship copy or interface refinements without waiting for engineering support. - Clear communication and collaborative feedback skills, including the ability to explain design rationale. - Ability to work independently while contributing to broader product design direction.

Benefits and work setup The role is eligible for equity, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), and flexible time off. Compensation is geographically adjusted; the listed base range is $168,000–$245,000, with the final amount depending on location, skills, experience, and other qualifications.
