Senior C#.Net Software Engineer

Role overview Design and operate cloud-native backend services for high-scale, mission-critical systems. The role combines modern C# and .NET development with distributed architecture, production data systems, and operational ownership, with an emphasis on reliability and engineering decisions in regulated or enterprise settings.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain microservices using C# and .NET. - Improve MongoDB document models, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and query performance. - Develop event-driven services and integrations using Apache Kafka. - Design REST APIs that fit within distributed systems. - Deploy and manage containerized services on Azure using Docker. - Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and observability, and investigate production incidents. - Apply appropriate engineering rigor to systems used in regulated environments.

Requirements - Strong practical experience with C#, .NET, and cloud-native microservices. - Production experience with MongoDB, including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization. - Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns. - Understanding of REST API design in distributed systems. - Experience with Azure, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability. - Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve production issues.

Nice to have - Experience in enterprise SaaS, banking, mortgage, fintech, or another regulated industry.
