Role overview Build and maintain an open-source library that helps developers evaluate applications powered by large language models. The role combines feature development with ongoing support for users, helping make evaluation workflows more capable and the library more dependable.
Responsibilities - Develop features that make it easier for users to evaluate their language model applications. - Maintain and improve the open-source library. - Respond to user issues and feature requests. - Investigate and fix bugs.
Requirements - Proficiency in Python. - Passion for open-source software and developer tools. - Experience building or maintaining open-source projects, or substantial contributions to existing projects. - Interest in working through the ambiguity and challenges of an early-stage company.
Benefits and work setup - Remote role. - Advertised compensation range: $60,000–$180,000, plus 0.5%–2.5% equity.
