Senior Manager, Solution Engineering EMEA

Role overview Lead the regional Solution Engineering team across EMEA, balancing people leadership with hands-on participation in important sales opportunities. The role is responsible for consistent, consultative presales work—from discovery and tailored demonstrations through evaluations and technical reviews—and for connecting platform capabilities to customer business goals.

Responsibilities - Hire, develop, and coach the regional team, setting expectations for discovery, demonstrations, and evaluations. - Take an active role in the region’s highest-impact opportunities. - Guide presales engagements, including tailored demos, proofs of value, and architecture or security reviews. - Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing on regional strategy and priorities. - Maintain and improve presales resources such as demo environments, collateral, and evaluation guides. - Coordinate with senior Solution Engineering leadership on execution and team needs.

Requirements - Experience leading and developing solution engineering or comparable presales teams. - Ability to coach teams in customer discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical reviews. - Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to customer conversations. - Ability to relate technical capabilities to customer business outcomes. - Experience partnering across sales, product, and marketing functions.
