Senior Solutions Architect (US/Canada)

Role overview Help enterprise customers plan, implement, and get lasting value from a content operations platform. This customer-facing architecture role works with technical and product stakeholders to connect business goals to implementation choices, while supporting onboarding, ongoing adoption, and account growth.

Responsibilities - Run onboarding workshops tailored to each customer’s needs and experience. - Build relationships with customer technical and product stakeholders. - Meet with customers to explain relevant platform features, answer questions, and help plan implementation. - Facilitate discussions among editors, designers, and developers to support customer decisions. - Work with account managers to identify expansion opportunities with existing customers. - Contribute to the sales cycle for new accounts.

Requirements - Experience advising enterprise customers on technical implementation or solution architecture. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and product stakeholders. - Strong workshop facilitation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to translate customer goals into practical implementation guidance. - Comfort supporting both existing customer relationships and sales opportunities.
