Solutions Engineer, PreSales - Senior to Staff level (EU)

Role overview Guide prospective customers, existing customers, and partners through the technical and strategic evaluation of a content platform. The work spans enterprise demonstrations, architecture planning, proofs of concept, workshops, and onboarding, in close partnership with sales and customer teams. The opening may be filled at Senior or Staff level, with level determined during interviews.

Responsibilities - Design and lead tailored demonstrations that address complex customer needs and technical requirements. - Scope architectures and guide proof-of-concept work through the pre-sales customer journey. - Deliver advanced workshops and support onboarding programs. - Partner with sales, customer engagement, and product teams on technical evaluations and customer plans. - Develop tools, frameworks, and learning materials for technical implementation and architecture. - Mentor other solutions engineers and contribute to scalable, performant customer implementations.

Requirements - Technical expertise in solution design and the ability to assess complex architectures. - Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills for technical and business audiences. - Ability to connect product capabilities to customer strategy and implementation needs. - Experience working across pre-sales and customer-facing technical engagements. - Ability to guide others and contribute reusable practices or materials.
