Sr. Software Engineer I

Role overview Build customer-facing safety products and platform services that help organizations review events, understand driver and fleet trends, and act on emerging risks. Responsibilities - Own product and platform work from design and implementation through rollout and ongoing operations. - Deliver new experiences, gather customer feedback, and refine them into solutions that can scale. - Develop AI-enabled workflows using large language models and agent-based approaches, with evaluation, feedback, and human review mechanisms. - Coordinate with engineering, product, design, machine learning, and platform partners to support connected web, mobile, API, and integration experiences. - Lead complex technical work by resolving ambiguity, making architectural decisions, and improving system quality and scalability. - Use customer conversations and product measures to assess whether changes improve outcomes.

Requirements - At least four years building, shipping, and operating reliable production systems for customers. - Experience delivering end-to-end solutions across backend services, APIs, and modern web applications. - Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and make sound architectural decisions. - Experience working across product and engineering disciplines to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
