Technical Implementations Specialist

Role overview Own the technical workstream for software implementations serving new and existing customers. The work spans planning, installation, configuration, data exchange, integrations, troubleshooting, deployment, and validation, with responsibility for identifying risks and escalating issues that need specialized support.

Responsibilities - Install, configure, and tune software in customer and hosted environments, including prerequisites, service accounts, and connectivity. - Build and validate data extracts and mappings; investigate layout, encoding, and data quality issues. - Perform database validation and mapping checks, and execute implementation scripts. - Deliver API and file-based integrations, covering authentication, connectivity, data mapping, error handling, testing, and technical certification. - Diagnose moderately complex installation, integration, performance, and data problems, then resolve or escalate them as appropriate. - Plan deployments and cutovers, prepare rollback steps, validate results, document configurations, and review or mentor technical work by newer team members.

Requirements - At least four years in technical implementation, systems integration, data integration, or comparable technical delivery work. - Proficient SQL skills, including refreshing and restoring databases for test environments. - Working knowledge of scripting, secure file transfer, API and file integration patterns, network connectivity, and server administration. - Technical education equivalent to undergraduate study, or comparable technical experience or certification. - Ability to communicate effectively with customer technical and network staff. - Ability to travel as needed to support business requirements.
