Technical Project Manager

Role overview Coordinate software delivery for an enterprise platform that helps healthcare organizations plan and optimize marketing journeys across channels. You’ll keep workstreams, releases, and dependencies moving across a small product team, internal groups, and external partners, while helping shape delivery practices as the team grows.

Responsibilities - Maintain the platform delivery plan, milestones, and cross-team dependencies. - Run Agile ceremonies and keep sprint plans, backlogs, and release schedules current and accessible. - Coordinate commitments and handoffs between internal teams and external partners. - Surface blockers and scope changes early, and bring the right people together to make decisions. - Coordinate releases across environments and teams, and give stakeholders a clear view of status and timelines. - Improve delivery processes so they remain practical as the team scales.

Requirements - At least four years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams in B2B or enterprise software. - Experience coordinating programs across multiple internal teams and external vendors or partners. - Strong Agile skills, including facilitating ceremonies, maintaining backlogs, and adapting processes to team needs. - Enough technical understanding to follow discussions about APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases, and identify risks. - Ability to turn ambiguous work into an actionable plan and manage dependencies across teams you do not directly manage. - Familiarity with delivery tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, GitHub, or Linear, and clear communication of status and tradeoffs.
