About this role
Role overview Lead delivery of complex programs connecting pharmaceutical customers with clinical, product, data, engineering, and health-system teams. You will own commitments from initial scope through deployment, keep customers and leaders informed, and establish the processes for a growing program management function. Requirements - Senior-level experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs end to end. - Experience communicating with external customers and providing executive updates or steering-committee briefings. - A record of delivering commitments across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams. - Strong skills in scope definition, planning, and management of risks, issues, and dependencies. - Practical, active use of AI tools, with examples of how they support your work. - Clear, proactive communication, sound judgment amid ambiguity, and an undergraduate degree. - Familiarity with project or task management tools such as Notion, Jira, or equivalents.
Nice to have - Experience with pharmaceutical or life-sciences programs, healthcare, or health systems. - Experience in a startup or in launching a new team or business. - Experience building or leading a team.
