About this role
Role overview
Build a repeatable, transparent program-management operating model for customer implementations of healthcare AI systems. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery across accounts, improve visibility into program health, and help ensure that required artifacts, governance, compliance, and security processes are in place. The role is customer-facing and works closely with technical teams and internal leaders.
Responsibilities - Coordinate multiple customer programs, including regular status reporting, customer meetings, and action tracking. - Review program artifacts and processes for governance, compliance, and information-security gaps; identify blockers involving access, data, or readiness. - Maintain a reliable program record across operational tools and build useful digests and reporting views. - Facilitate cross-customer sessions to share pilot results, use cases, and effective practices. - Align customer, technical, and internal stakeholders, communicating difficult updates clearly when needed. - Investigate recurring delivery problems and turn root causes into repeatable process improvements; help establish resource and readiness tracking.
Requirements - Experience managing several complex programs and stakeholder groups at once. - Clear, confident customer-facing communication, including the ability to deliver challenging messages. - Strong cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, and root-cause investigation skills. - Experience with strategy, roadmapping, and workforce or resource management. - Practical familiarity with AI assistants and program or reporting tools; examples in the source include Zoho, Jira, Notion, Slack, and Power BI. - Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to seek support, with active listening and comfort creating structure in ambiguous situations.
Nice to have - Experience in healthcare technology, health AI, or life sciences programs. - Work building real-time program-health reporting or analytics. - Familiarity with compliance, governance, or information-security audits.
Benefits and work setup - Hybrid work options and flexible hours are offered. Compensation is listed as $100,000–$130,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location, with equity and benefits eligibility.
