You’ll run day-to-day operations while shaping a more consistent, automated setup for a remote-first company whose customers expect strong protection of their data and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain SOC 2 controls, evidence, access reviews, policy acknowledgments, and staff training; coordinate with auditors and track findings through resolution. - Help select and configure a governance, risk, and compliance platform and align control processes across environments. - Administer Google Workspace, business applications, employee onboarding and offboarding, and a Mac fleet managed through Rippling. - Improve how access is requested, approved, provisioned, and removed, keeping procedures documented. - Manage device and application updates, investigate endpoint alerts, track vulnerabilities, and support phishing and other corporate incident response. - Automate recurring IT and compliance work using scripts, APIs, workflow tools, or AI, and make common requests easier to handle.
