Growth Engineer

Role overview

Own the engineering work behind customer acquisition and activation, from identifying opportunities to building and measuring experiments. You’ll independently decide which parts of the funnel to improve, use evidence from experiments to guide priorities, and turn successful ideas into repeatable growth mechanisms.

Responsibilities

- Build and improve landing pages, conversion funnels, and growth features using React and NestJS. - Own analytics, event tracking, and attribution across the acquisition and activation journey. - Plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing growth experiments, refining ideas as results come in. - Break hypotheses into small tests that can quickly produce useful evidence. - Develop internal tools and automations that help scale customer acquisition.

Requirements

- Substantial experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience is preferred. - A strong growth mindset and the ability to take end-to-end ownership of funnel performance. - Data-driven decision making, using experiments to assess ideas and guide next steps. - A pragmatic approach to testing hypotheses quickly and building on what the results show. - Native German and fluent English.
