Remote job
Product Manager - Device & Behavior
Job details
About this role
Role overview Senior product leader for a device-intelligence and behavioral-biometrics platform serving banks, fintechs, and digitally native businesses. The mission is to rebuild digital identity for an era where sessions may originate from a human, an authorized AI agent, an impersonating bot, or a coordinated attacker, and to deliver a verdict in the first few hundred milliseconds of a session. This is the first dedicated product owner for the Device & Behavior pillar, owning strategy, go-to-market, and adoption end to end.
Responsibilities - Own D&B product strategy, operations, execution, and customer success, including the model layer that turns raw signals into features consumed by fraud and onboarding agents. - Build and evolve the D&B SDK across iOS, Android, and web: passive, cold-start friendly, and privacy-scoped under App Tracking Transparency and Play Integrity. - Shape the passive telemetry model layer, including behavioral biometrics, anomaly scoring, coached-fraud and APP-scam detection, and headless-browser or agent-traffic detection. - Design the agentic-identity signal surface that distinguishes authorized agents from adversarial bots, including consent, delegation, and provenance signals. - Lead the foundation-model program: self-supervised models on session sequences that downstream risk agents consume as tools. - Drive GTM for the pillar, including pitch narrative, sitting in sales cycles, training solution engineers, and running an alpha with fewer than ten customers.
Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience (8+ preferred). - Personally shipped a device intelligence, behavioral biometrics, or session-signal product to production at scale, either as a vendor or in-house. - Taken a product from concept to GA and owned GTM end to end, with measurable cuts in integration time. - Credibility with senior fraud, trust-and-safety, authentication, identity, or revenue buyers, with the ability to reframe the "commodity" objection quickly. - A publicly demonstrated point of view on agentic digital identity, through writing, talks, or shipped product work. - SDK and technical fluency including mobile parity, cold-start telemetry, entropy-versus-payload tradeoffs, fingerprint stability under browser hardening, and a working understanding of FPR and precision-recall operating points.
