Integration Consultant

Role overview Guide customers through implementing and integrating a configurable digital asset management platform into their software environments. The work combines technical solution design and troubleshooting with customer consultation, training, and coordination across project teams.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and assess their technical environments. - Design and build tailored solutions that can scale and support broader business goals. - Troubleshoot software issues in customer environments and recommend technical best practices and workflow improvements. - Coordinate with customer IT teams, vendors, and internal colleagues to deliver integrations and project milestones. - Train customers on platform features and their specific configurations. - Represent customer needs and share product enhancement opportunities with internal teams.

Requirements - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS products. - Strong understanding of integration approaches, including APIs and webhooks. - Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Effective time management, with the ability to meet deadlines across concurrent projects.

Nice to have - Experience configuring AI agents and working with Python or JavaScript. - Applied experience with digital asset management systems.
