Sr Product Manager

Role overview Shape the roadmap for a suite of business-critical software supporting complex, end-to-end operational workflows. You’ll work across technical, clinical, research, and operational teams to understand user needs, translate them into clear product requirements, and guide prioritized improvements to product impact, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities - Develop product strategy and a roadmap for an assigned product line, and build stakeholder support for plans. - Work with engineering, design, research, clinical product, and operations partners to define software solutions. - Translate business, market, clinical, and user needs into detailed requirements and actionable features. - Own and prioritize the backlog in line with strategic goals, making decisions about scope and tradeoffs. - Create artifacts such as workflows, data models, prototypes, and wireframes to make options clear and gather feedback. - Define and measure product success, gather user feedback, and work with development and quality teams to improve products and processes.

Requirements - At least seven years of software product management experience; healthcare IT or biotech experience is preferred. - Experience defining and delivering software products from concept through implementation, including with Agile teams. - Strong cross-functional leadership, systems thinking, and ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Excellent research, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Experience implementing scalable business rule applications. - A relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have - Experience building enterprise software or other business-critical systems. - Familiarity with healthcare or biotech product environments and complex user workflows.
