Requirements - The source describes a senior, hands-on product role requiring ownership of strategy, requirements, partner discussions, and delivery across teams. - Strong analytical judgment to assess trade-offs across quality, cost, speed, and compliance. - Ability to work with external vendors and channel partners and hold them accountable for service commitments. - Collaborative execution with engineering, design, data, credit, compliance, operations, go-to-market, and leadership stakeholders. - Comfort working through ambiguity and shaping new partner models in mortgage lending and financial technology. - Familiarity with using AI tools in day-to-day work and forming product views on automation and agent-supported workflows.
