About this role
Role overview Lead product discovery and delivery for workflow capabilities in a business software product. You will turn customer and market evidence into a focused roadmap, guide cross-functional teams from early experiments through launch, and use outcomes after release to shape what comes next.
Responsibilities - Identify and validate customer problems using interviews, usage data, partner input, market research, and AI-assisted discovery. - Prototype ideas and run targeted experiments to test assumptions before committing to larger builds. - Align engineering, design, and business partners on product goals, priorities, and trade-offs. - Shape feature strategy and roadmap proposals around customer value and market opportunity. - Break complex initiatives into incremental releases and define measures of success, including adoption, engagement, and retention. - Coordinate technical work when needed, including analysis, prototyping, delivery risks, and post-launch work with go-to-market partners.
Requirements - At least seven years of product management experience; experience in B2B software or behavioral-data-driven automation or messaging is relevant. - Strong analytical skills and experience using product metrics to guide decisions and assess impact. - Ability to lead feature development independently, set scope, and deliver with small teams. - Excellent written communication and decision framing, especially in remote, asynchronous collaboration. - Experience using or building AI-powered tools in product work. - Technical fluency, such as building basic web applications or scripts and working with engineering teams on data models, APIs, and performance. - Experience owning engineering initiatives and making choices about objectives and trade-offs.
Nice to have - Experience with products involving complex workflows or automation.
Benefits and work setup - Salary is listed at $170,000–$200,000 USD for one location band, with higher ranges for other location zones; pay depends on experience and local market rates. - Benefits include full premium coverage for medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance for employees and family, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, unlimited paid time off, remote-work and wellness stipends, and a professional development budget.
