Client Delivery Lead - Payments

Role overview Lead a defined product or business area during client technology transformation work in the energy sector. You’ll connect client stakeholders with product and engineering teams, turning operational needs into clear priorities and practical platform improvements.

Responsibilities - Own the relationship with client counterparts, including product and business owners, for a specific domain or product area. - Serve as a key contact for technology development and issue resolution within that area. - Build a strong understanding of client priorities and platform capabilities to recommend suitable solutions. - Triage incoming requests and communicate needs, priorities, and timelines to the teams responsible for delivery. - Work with product managers and developers to shape requirements and support feature delivery. - Guide clients toward iterative, shared-platform solutions and help stakeholders navigate changes to their ways of working.

Requirements - Experience in client delivery, product ownership, or product management, including work with senior stakeholders. - Background managing technology products, migrations, implementations, or other complex delivery in an agile environment. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex needs into clear plans and practical outcomes. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Nice to have Experience with large-scale technology transformations, enterprise platforms, or work in energy, utilities, or another regulated or complex industry.
