Data Analyst

Role overview Analyze healthcare finance and revenue cycle data to help improve the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of operational processes. The role combines hands-on data work with client and stakeholder collaboration, translating findings into practical recommendations, dashboards, and presentations.

Responsibilities - Query, validate, analyze, and optimize large datasets to support revenue cycle analytics and reporting. - Build visualizations and dashboards that make key trends and business impacts clear. - Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and shape more effective workflows. - Investigate end-to-end processes and contribute to automation that reduces manual work. - Communicate findings to varied audiences, including client leaders, and support analytics engagements from analysis through recommendations.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a scientific field. - Strong SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, common table expressions, and window functions. - Experience with healthcare finance or revenue cycle data, plus intermediate to advanced Excel skills. - Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to turn analysis into clear dashboards and slide presentations. - At least two years in consulting or professional services. - Strong analytical, financial, communication, organization, and time management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have - Graduate degree in business, healthcare administration, or public health. - Familiarity with Sigma or Power BI, and deeper revenue cycle experience. - Experience with system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
