Role overview
Deliver customer-specific identity governance and administration solutions using a cloud identity platform. The role covers the full implementation lifecycle, from gathering needs and designing integrations through development, testing, deployment, and documentation, alongside technical support and customer-facing workshops.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy identity cloud solutions to meet customer requirements and connect with existing applications and systems. - Lead implementation work across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Run customer discussions and technical workshops, translating needs into practical solutions and keeping stakeholders informed. - Troubleshoot complex issues and customize third-party integrations using Java, SQL, and REST APIs. - Coordinate with product engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues. - Lead technical discussions and proof-of-concept activities.
Requirements
- A few years of practical experience designing, configuring, developing, or customizing the identity cloud platform. - Technical knowledge of cloud security, Java/J2EE, SQL, REST or SOAP services, and LDAP directories. - Understanding of identity governance, including lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, audits, access reviews, and segregation of duties. - Experience gathering customer requirements and managing expectations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.

- Certifications in the platform or other IAM technologies.
