Role overview
This senior leadership role drives enterprise-wide operational excellence by combining Lean Six Sigma, AI strategy, intelligent automation, and digital innovation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Process Excellence, the position partners closely with executive leadership, business functions, and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational initiatives that simplify work and accelerate measurable value creation. The scope spans multiple business units, shared services, and corporate functions, blending continuous improvement, consulting, and organizational change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives with executive leadership, designing scalable operating models that elevate business performance and organizational effectiveness - Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strategic business consulting to solve complex operational challenges - Identify, prioritize, and help implement AI, generative AI, AI agents, RPA, and workflow automation solutions that simplify work and lift productivity - Support enterprise governance for AI and automation, contributing to standards, prioritization criteria, business cases, risk management, and benefit realization - Champion change management, communications, training, and knowledge management that accelerate technology adoption and build a digitally enabled workforce - Measure and sustain business value through KPI development, ROI tracking, performance dashboards, and executive reporting
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Typically 10 or more years of progressive experience in process excellence, consulting, business transformation, or operational excellence - Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives - Hands-on experience with AI, automation platforms, RPA, workflow automation, generative AI, or process mining - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred - Strong analytical, executive facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills, with ability to partner across business functions and senior stakeholders

- Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions - Two or more industry certifications
