Forward Deployed Engineer - Spanish

Role overview

Deploy and improve AI-powered customer solutions for the Spanish market. This role combines customer discovery with hands-on engineering: you’ll translate operational needs into production workflows and integrations, then work across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to make deployments dependable and repeatable.

Responsibilities

- Clarify customer requirements and develop concrete implementation plans. - Build and launch workflows, business logic, prompts, and safeguards in production. - Integrate external systems such as CRMs, calendars, and ticketing tools using APIs and webhooks. - Develop small features and supporting code to handle customer-specific use cases. - Troubleshoot live calls, workflow issues, and edge cases; make fixes and improve deployments. - Develop reusable templates and playbooks, and give the product team prioritized feedback on customer pain points.

Requirements

- Strong coding skills and the ability to implement independently, beyond configuration work. - Understanding of AI and language model systems, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, and common failure modes. - Ability to turn complex processes into reliable, testable workflows. - Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration patterns. - Familiarity with cloud deployments, observability, and production debugging; a pragmatic approach to shipping and iteration. - Native or near-native Spanish and fluent English.

Nice to have

- Experience with voice or telephony, n8n, TypeScript or Python, SQL, monitoring or tracing, or GDPR.
