Forward Deployed Engineer - French

Role overview

Bring AI-powered customer solutions into production for the French market. You’ll turn customer needs into reliable workflows and integrations, working across deployment, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve each rollout and make successful setups reusable.

Responsibilities

- Gather customer requirements and turn them into practical implementation plans. - Configure and deploy production workflows, including logic, prompts, and safeguards. - Connect customer systems through APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integrations such as CRM, calendar, or ticketing tools. - Write small features and supporting code, then investigate and resolve production issues and edge cases. - Create reusable templates and deployment guides, and share specific, prioritized product feedback.

Requirements

- Strong coding ability and the confidence to implement solutions independently. - Working knowledge of AI and language model systems, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, and failure modes. - Ability to model complex processes as robust, testable workflows. - Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and common integration patterns. - Familiarity with cloud deployment, observability, and production debugging; able to iterate pragmatically while maintaining reliability. - Native or near-native French and fluent English.

Nice to have

- Experience with voice or telephony, n8n, TypeScript or Python, SQL, monitoring or tracing, or GDPR.
